From railway station to our favourite station...

Despite what themselves said, we decided that it was time for some r'n'r back at the hotel. Themselves left us to it & treated theirselves to an Italian meal.

At last... room enough for two. And our own patio and garden too.  Life is good!

Breakfast in bed

After the epic journey across the Golden Gate Bridge on Sunday with the roof down, wind blowing in our fur we needed breakfast in bed to recover.....

Her and herself will not be impressed when they find out we ate all the porridge

Made it....

The guard took pity on us and got us a table, the free champagne helped with our nerves.  Themselves were more than slightly put out by this, they had seen the price per glass of the wine!

Themselves only booked two tickets

For the Napa Wine train but we are resourceful and hitched a ride! There we a few scary moments but we held our nerve and jumped aboard much to themselves amazement.

How small a balcony

For some reason themselves got upgraded.... The balcony was just the right size for ourselves ..... No idea where her and herself were going to sit, though they  had just lit a rather cosy fire in their room.
