We are hoping to hitch a lift stateside by sneaking in with the holiday paperwork for a couple of dozy mares who we know are heading that way soon! Chances are they'll never notice....we blend in well you see. Have had a play on the laptop (and their credit cards) whilst they were out. Got three maps on Amazon, one too big, one too small and the other we think we can cope with. Only 8 weeks to go, so need to get cracking with the research. Then we plan to kidnap Lori (the satnav) and programme in OUR itinerary....the gals will never know; Claire does like the scenic route and Julie will blame Lori anyway........
21 nights, 8 hotels and not too sure on the miles. Let's hope we don't oversleep or it could be curtains for us.....
