Worried that our friends would think us cowards for fleeing from the Polar bear & her cub, we headed towards the wolves. This wolf decided that we looked like a tasty snack, so Olaf & I showed him that we were not to be messed with and won the fight! He fled with his tail between his legs!

We're a Lille way from San Fransisco now
and tucked up in bed at 8 o'clock... not only Lille way from California but we are on foot too!!
Needless to say themselves are as good at map reading on foot as they are in a car. Walked 8,000 steps to find ourselves 100 yards from our hotel! We tried to tell themselves that we had a map but would they listen???
Loads of lovely restaurants sadly not the one themselves chose - lamb was so fresh it was still gamboling around the plate and the mussles so shy they wouldn't open up. Themselves are now eating monster munch in bed. There'll be trouble ahead if we find crumbs......

On our way
This will teach them
Hold on tight
Jumping for joy
He made it
Punished Again
As you know we have had a tendancy to winge and moan a bit about themselves, their driving, their navigation and their inability to take care of us - well today we got our come uppance! Locked in a cell on the Rock with no food or water - Olaf heard that someone escaped by squeezing through the bars - sadly he should not have had so many doughnuts this holiday

Resting
After 8 hours in our car, seeing bits of San Francisco rarely seen by tourists (and only just avoiding entering the highway illegally), we needed to rest and soothe our much-jolted bodies. So we dropped the Go-car back to it's rightful owners and headed back to the hotel, where we rested for a while in the lobby. Themselves went out again, heading for Fishermans Wharf, sea-lions and dinner. We just hoped it was the seafood and not sea-lions they were planning on eating.

Oskar & I hit the road
Oskar and I decided that we had had enough of themselves and found a vehicle that did not need any peddles. Between myself and Oskar we had full control of the car. Though it was fun trying to turn when we wanted to go in opposite directions. We realised that perhaps themselves had not been entirely at fault in navigating!

Still under threat - sent help
even now themselves are treating us badly - it's not our fault that themselves have no sense of direction and surely it can't be wrong to tell the truth
We know that we have streamlined our bodies but there is no way we can fit down the cracks in this chair - can someone get in touch with the PDSA that's the Puppets Defense from Sick Adults their number is in the Yellow Pages under P

Chocolate is the answer
Chillax
if we thought their sense of direction in a car was poor it was nothing compared with themselves trying to find their way back to the hotel after dropping off the car. They covered 4,000 steps to end up back where they started - that said they managed to find Macy's
When we finally got back to our hotel we took advantage of the bathrobes in our room, chilling by the window and watching the cable cars turn around. Themselves are off to find some dinner based on their ability to map read without Lori we don't expect to see them anytime soon

North or South?
Lori, her and herself did indeed take the scenic route - they said it was something to do with Hwy 35 being closed but ourselves know her and herself wanted to drive up Hwy 1 the coastal road one last time.
Little did she know the challenge of dropping the car at O'Farrell St made Yosemite look like a walk in the park. Dropped off the car logging 1535 miles to complete a 375 mile trip - themselves obviously can't tell north from south so we hope that this compass can help with future roadtrips

Asking for directions
today is the last day themselves have the car and we are a little tired of taking the scenic route. We came across Fredo outside our room and asked him if he could help us find our way to our final hotel. He said he would like to help but he had seen herself drive into the car park last night and he could not take the risk of getting in the car with us!
Seems we have to rely on Lori - sadly when she gets together with themselves scenic routes appear to be the only option

Muscles from the beach
As you can see from our fitter torsos, the many work-outs that Oskar & I have been doing daily at the beach and in the hotel gyms has paid off. Themselves are gutted, as they have been enjoying the restaurants and diners along the way. It will take them many, many months to be as toned as we are now.... that'll teach'em to continually leave us in the car ... or hotel ... or locker ... or bag ... or hang us from trees .....
